About Steve
From a young age I have been focussed on developing a life based around fitness, sports, health and coaching.

I have been actively coaching clients, mentoring fitness professionals and designing fitness innovation concepts for large global brands over two decades and have been very fortunate to be able to share my beliefs and expertise with thousands of people all over the world.
​
My passion and purpose is to provide the motivation, inspiration, confidence and clarity for people who need the extra nudge to truly get the most out of their body. I am a total wellness geek and love being at the forefront of the ever evolving health and fitness world.


How I started
My journey began when I was an up and coming athlete, striving to compete at the Olympics and professional sports. Amongst my greatest achievements, still to this day, is winning my first National Championships as a Track and Road cyclist and going on to represent Great Britain as a World Class Performance Programme rider in major races across Europe and beyond.
​Transition to coaching
After my cycling career, I studied as many qualifications as possible in every avenue of fitness, nutrition, therapy, psychology and coaching. I have worked as a trainer, class instructor and PT in a range of health clubs and spas and led teams of experts in some of the most reputed health clubs in the world. I have also spent many years lecturing aspiring fitness professional to enhance their careers.

Today, I am a level 4 qualified personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, lower back pain specialist, advanced nutritional therapist, sports massage therapist, aromatherapist, reflexologist, lifestyle coach, group exercise leader and master trainer for a collection of leading fitness brands (to name a few).
​
I am actively involved in fitness industry expert panel groups and have also authored recognised qualifications and awarding standards for governing bodies within the health and fitness professionals.
​
Over the last 20 years, I have taught and trained thousands of people to achieve their fitness goals, progress their careers and understand how to get the best out of their bodies.

Global impact
I have been fortunate enough to work across the world in amazing wellness destinations. I have led my coaching programmes across Australia, Polynesia, the Caribbean, Canada and throughout Europe. I have also helped innovate virtual wellness concepts across the Middle East and Asia.
Alongside the huge diversity of people I have worked with, I believe my multi-cultural experiences have helped round and simplify the way I communicate my coaching methods and training approaches.
I am a big fan of the Einstein quote "If you can't explain it to a six year old, then you probably don't understand it well enough yourself." This is very apt in the minefield that is health, nutrition and human physiology. Being able to decipher and share the latest research and proven methods with my clients in a straightforward, easy to follow approach is at the core of what I am all about in my training.





Amazing clients
My client's stories are incredibly diverse and range from a father having to lose 3 stone in 3 months to be able to join his son on a surprise helicopter ride for his sixteenth birthday to a former skiing Olympian recovering from paralysis after falling on a slalom pole.
I am incredibly humbled and proud at the success my clients achieve through my coaching, and I love getting to know the true reasoning and desire for what is driving them.​
