Steve is our Performance Director and founder of Coach House Wellness. With an ever growing need for everyday health, wellbeing and fitness, Steve created Coach House to provide a truly flexible and accessible Personal Training and Expert Nutrition platform that delivers unrivalled versatility whilst assuring a proven method for body change transformations.
With over 20 years industry experience with many of the wellness industry's leading names, Steve is known as the 'trainer to the trainers'. Steve's concepts and programmes have directly educated and mentored more than 15,000 health and fitness professionals as well as being a go-to expert for gym chains, wellness companies and private clients.

Steve is a former National Champion cyclist and has represented Great Britain across the world, his greatest achievement include breaking the national record for the 3km pursuit and winning gold in the national championships points race. Steve has finished on the podium in world cup races in both track and road disciplines as well as key one-day calendar races such as Kemmel-Ledegem-Kemmel and Tour de Achteveld.

Option to track your progress, keep an adherence diary and speak directly with a coaching expert is also available throughout the duration of your programme, if you would like the additional support (additional cost applies).
Knowing which exercises work best together, what training objectives achieve which effects on your body (tendon strength, muscle growth, metabolism boosting etc.) can be a minefield. Being able to find the right training approach for you and match your structured workout commitments into your lifestyle and daily commitments is the key.
Our programmes embrace your daily exercise habits and preferred leisure or sporting activities, collectively bringing them together with more specific conditioning or intense workout sessions, as required, to ensure you follow a holistic and highly effective exercise schedule.
No training modality is off limits or unattainable, we can work with you to develop new skills, lose weight, build strength for specific events or just keep you feeling energised and youthful. As with all body transformation programs, adherence to the programme and consistency is essential to success. This is why we use a consultative approach and take time to understand your personal needs as we design your bespoke programme.

Your training needs and transformation goals are yours. Following your consultation & pre-programme questionnaire, we will design a programme that will work for you and seamlessly fit into your daily lifestyle. This may require providing multiple choices to pick from on certain days or curating specific workouts to fit into time squeezed personal schedules.
The flexible approach will help you to adhere to your programme and enjoy it, as opposed to feeling like a task or chore.

FIRST STEPS
Begin with a two-phase approach
DISCOVERY PHASE
In-depth fitness, health and lifestyle fact finding questionnaire followed by a 1-2-1 consultation with your coach.
​
Upon completion of your consultation, you will agree the ideal programme direction and required elements to suit your needs. Your programme will then be designed by your coach and sent to you within 48hrs.
​
ADAPTATION PHASE
Whilst your bespoke program is designed, start straight away and prepare your body in the best way with a simple, effective movement, mobility and alignment regime.
Adaptation phase typically lasts 3-5 days, allowing time to receive and understand your programme as well as source any additional equipment if required for your new workouts.
