By focussing on CV fitness and specifically targeting an effective workout for the heart and lungs, not only can you benefit from the health and wellness uplift but also provide a far greater blood flow to support the two other workout phases of the class.

The centre of the human musculature, supporting your spine and ensuring your mid-section is strong enough to support and power your extremities is vital for optimum health, fitness function and overall performance.

Multi-joint compound exercises that tone and strengthen your largest muscle groups provide the greatest impact on metabolic rate, body shape and definition, whilst also strengthening joints and supercharging your hormones and energy levels.

Spreading the effort across three different exercise disciplines & focus areas,

ensures we are able to offer a total fitness effect that really works.

WHAT TO EXPECT & WHAT TO BRING

 

Every class is new and exciting, yet the base concept of cardio core conditioning is constant. Feel confident & free to concentrate on making each class as effective as can be.

We always begin and end with a fun and friendly warm up and cool down. This includes full body mobility and stretching to ensure every workout is both safe and effective for everyone.

​

​

Just bring yourself, plenty of energy, water bottle & towel.

​

As you become a regular we hope you will also bring your friends.

 

There are toilets on site & free parking is available.

 

Please arrive promptly, or if it is your first class allow 10 minutes to complete your registration & health check.

​

Each phase of the workout is broken down into three exercises which are repeated three times through.

​

This maximises overload and exercise effect, allows for familiarity of how to perform each movement and ensures every class is always fun and never boring!

If you have not completed a health check with Coach House before, please complete & submit your form before taking part in any of our physical activity classes/sessions - your health is of paramount importance & must be treated with care.
