we know that motivation is typically at it's peak when people are looking to implement new changes into their lives - we also know however, that in order to make the right plan for you (that is both effective & sustainable) we need a bit of time to learn about you & design a plan that is specific to your individual needs.
this is where our kickstart plan comes in & it begins straight away, a step by step week one program to complete & prepare your body for the personalised plan that will follow after.

your onboarding welcome pack, self discovery questionnaires & daily food/lifestyle tracking form the basis of our initial intelligence gathering.
whilst you embark on your kickstart plan we will simultaneously assign specific forms & questionnaires to learn about you, your goals, your habits & what makes you unique.

your personal consultation follows next - this is where all finer details are discussed and agreements are made as to what is best for you
using this this approach, we don't waste a single moment & are able to focus on exactly what is needed to design & implement the ideal program for the first full phase of coaching.

your consultation is reviewed monthly to discuss effectiveness of your program & agree on the next steps for each new phase of your journey
